ABOUT
The current state of development of legal science in Ukraine is characterized on the one hand by new and innovative areas of research, on the other – the creation of new administrative requirements for results and researchers. In such conditions, the guidelines for the quality of scientific works, the search for platforms for the publication of scientific works are changing, and the question about activity of “predatory” journals is increasingly raised.
The philosophy of the electronic journal Ius Privatum (legal doctrine and practice / правова доктрина і практика) is to create conditions for publishing activity, as well as compliance with the requirements for quality, transparency and objectivity of research.
